About the Collection

I travelled a lot in the 70s and 80s and visited many great record stores. The Stones were a favourite in the 60s and 70s and I collected:

• Rolling Stones Posters
• Rolling Stones Bootlegs
• Rare 45's and EP's

I also gathered a number of black light posters- including the infamous Escher black light posters that have been featured in many 60's installations.

In the 80's the efforts switched to alternative and indie music- so you will find some great items in that section. I liked the posters in particular and even have a few autographed ones available.

Along the way rock books and offbeat magazines like Bucket Full of Brains headed the list. Most of these still have their original flexi disks.

The entire collection has been stored carefully and rarely saw the light of day. LP's are in sleeves and stored upright in crates. These items were bought for a collection and were maintained as such for all these year. Luckily I never moved!
